Challenges

• The main requirement from the client was to improve the UI using SolidWorks PMP pages, so that it looks like native SolidWorks UI
• There was no tree structure to show the operations applied in sequence and edit/delete them
• Integrate the core software written in C++ with the UI written in C#, WPF, and .NET framework

Solution

• Developed an interactive UI using SolidWorks PMI
• Implemented C++/CLI wrapper to integrate the core software written in C++ with the UI developed using C#, WPF, and .NET framework on the Windows platform
